ReplyDeleteI bough the teamplate the past agust and I have opened 2 tickets for techn support, I try also to contact the team even from facebook, but no one respond after 2 month!!! They just read the message but no answers >:(
saw it was read, but no answer after that. Too bad, because i love their templates, they are so professionally looking!
DeleteI have had the same expereience. I asked for help about a template, his answer was: 'Hello Zohra, how may i help you?', so i asked my question, saw it was read, but no answer after that. Too bad, because i love their templates, they are so professionally looking!
